    Terms and Conditions

    By submitting your registration form, you agree to the following:

    • Registration & Data: You confirm that all particulars, including your Full NRIC, Mobile Phone & Email, are accurate and belong to you.
    • Privacy & PDPA: You agree that GEX Technology may collect and use your personal data to provide marketing materials via email, text, or phone in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

    Payment: All fees, including must be settled via your chosen method (PayNow, Cash, Stripe, GrabPay, Atome, or Credit Card) before the course starts.


    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Our goal is to ensure your success, but we understand plans change.

    • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend upon confirmation without informing us in advance or without a valid reason, full course fees will be forfeited.
    • Rescheduling: You may request to move your session to “Other Dates” at least 7 days before the course begins, subject to availability.
    • Withdrawal (Base on Full Course Fees):
      • Less than 3 Days’ notice upon signing-up: A full refund may be issued, minus 10% administrative fee.
      • More than  3 Days’ notice upon signing-up: Strictly no refund will be provided, as all logistical resources, including the trainer, venue, catering, materials, equipment, and support staff have already been allocated and confirmed.
    • Course Cancellation: If GEX Technology cancels a session, you will receive a 100% refund or a guaranteed seat in the next intake.
